New - fastest way to unlock car parts

It's not designed to give you RP. It's designed to unlock parts that require multiple wins. My first character has over 300 race wins. I made a second account so I could have 2 more garages. This is the one I am leveling up. I take umbrage at your assertion I suck. I will race you any track, any time, any class, and smoke you.

Pro tip: When it is your turn to win, bet $2500. Make sure your buddy bets $100. Just keep doing this and you will net $900 every other race. Thanks.

I have a race I can do in 19-22 seconds. Isn't hard to make one. Although going through the small streets like that as it is easy exposure to signs and polls that you can hit on occasion.

I don't think there is anything against the rules going on here. Legitimate racing is more fun once you've unlocked all the parts to upgrade your vehicles fully.

Win-loss record is very difficult to interpret for several reasons. Sometimes I race with 15 other players and sometimes I race 1 vs 1. I have let people beat me many times to help them level up. My ratio is still greater than 50% wins by a fair margin. You said "I must suck." I do not agree. To prove that I am a superior racer, I am willing to race you on any track, using any class of car, customs on or off. Will you accept the challenge? If I win, you must recant your statement that I "suck." If you will not even face me in a fair challenge, you have no right to say I suck. I just wanted to help people out who are looking to upgrade their vehicles. Some of us have limited free time or just want fast vehicles for free-mode/missions, and the method I showed is very good for unlocking the parts quickly.

Not really in my experience, if your a clean racer, so many people do PIT maneuvers or makes you crash in this game it sucks.

If you've created a new character, and you can't get to that 16 wins or whatever for a turbo, then you suck. You're no doubt racing against people who have 0-20 wins and losses that are at least a multiple of 6 of their wins. If you have as many wins as you say, it should be no problem. Are you on Xbox 360 or PS3? I'm always up for a race. And I do understand that there are many variables to win-loss because anything other than 1st is a loss. I don't race 1v1 constantly, probably my most played race is The Commute which usually fills up because people eat up that straight race sh*t.

And there is nothing wrong with that. This isn't a racing game and having your car maxed helps in ways far beyond racing, so what's the harm boosting to get those valuable parts?? Nothing.

I don't want the upgrades for racing , I want the parts for free roam and eventually as an escape vehicle for heists.
