Hello

As the title says,GTA III weapons-footsteps sounds converted to GTA San Andreas since many users like GTA III,being the first 3D era game.

The m16 and ak47 sound effects can't be together because of the way sa was coded so i converted ak47 because it was more preferred.

Sadly the colt's sound can't be converted at all due to the same issue.

No bugs found.
