"Rockstar Cloud Servers are unavailable"

Hi whenever i try to go onto Gta5 online i get a warning message which reads

 

"The Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable only disc content will be available and saving is disabled"

 

this has been happening to me since the day online was launched i never got to play Gta5 online fully or do the tutorial at the start all i was ever able to do was start a temporary character and just play as him but i couldn't invite friends to my session or save the game, I couldn't even do the tutorial at the start. please help i have been trying to play and i try and try but with no success. All my friends are able to play and they don't encounter any problems please help this is Very frustrating.

P.S i own a P.S.3 if that's any help

I've been having the same message appear every now and then since update 1.07. Just keep playing and it seems to sort itself out.

Same here can someone plz help still havent played online . R* cloud servers unavailable
