Space Docker is no longer with us R.I.P.

 

Those vehicles were banned by R* in online and as far as I know it's not possible any more to get them

I really would appreciate if one of you guys could hook me up with one.

I mod the game myself on PS3 but far I can tell you

They restricted insurance for it and it reacts like the cop car restriction meaning you cannot save them.
