100 million dollars from nowhere

Playing last night, saw someone offering a bounty of 123 million on someones head, tried to find them to claim it but didnt see them again. After a deathmatch (mansion) the money appeared in my account. What the hell just happened? I've spent some on a new apartment and plane lol. How did this happen?!

I got $65-M from someone who promptly disappeared after handing me the money. The following night, another player handed me $1-B and this person was level 1000. I didn't quite realize you could get to level 1000. In any case, I sent both a thank you message.

They just created this new searching mechanism called "Google" - quite amazing. I just found it yesterday myself.

We probably will all get banned from this gifting. Way I see is that R* will take the easiest route in terms of dealing with hackers so they'll probably scan all the bank accounts for every player and either delete the character or wipe out any bank account higher than 500k. I don't care at this point TBH. If they delete my character, game gets sold and I pick up a new game to play.

 

So far, I've been gifted 50 million and, yesterday, about 170 million.

 

If you're feeling helpful, help out some newbs in your session like I do. Jack an SUV, pimp it out and drop it off in front of them and tell them to keep or sell it as they please.
