StangOne50 Posted December 15, 2013 Share Posted December 15, 2013 I have just encountered a bug affecting hundreds possibly thousands of gamers . This can happen to anyone . The Internet BUG. At some point in the game you will try to access the internet . Your phone will close . Your HUD will dissapear. You will no longer be able to switch charachters. You will have no access to the internet . There is no known specific cause . There is no known fix . R* claims to have fixed this in a patch OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. R* support will tell you to delete your 100 hour save game and start a new game with no guarantee it will not happen again . People we must band together on this one . This was the last straw for me . Now is the time to Boycott-Before they try to sell us their DLC . If everyone stopped playing online for a week they will have to listen to us . Do not spend another penny on this unfinished game . Do not wait till it happenes to you . You will be left with a billion dollars and no way of getting onto the internet to spend it . This issue exists in Online mode also . There is a temp fix in online mode only . R* MUST acknowledge this issue and fix it immediately . To the MODS .. I apologize for posting in multiple sections but people need to know about this and atleast have the option of doing something about it . And a traffic jam of 19 of one car/Suv They took away from SP and Online has been a cluster **** since day one The future will be interesting! Tress It doesnt matter if you have a back up save . You can use the back up save and it can still happen . Create a new save until you have five or ten or however many you want. When you hit a point where you think "that was a lot of work, I'd hate to lose that," save over your oldest one.
