Phoenix Post 1.07?

Find a tornado, their really common. Once you get one, drive it to the docks. BAM! Phoenix's everywhere.

 

The tornado seems to spawn them.

Still no luck at the docks even with the turbo. Gerald will not stop giving me Violent Duck. Bout to give up.

After no luck for several days trying to find the Phoenix, we finally managed to find a few of them multiple times at The Docks after about 5 hours after downloading the 1.08 update.

 

We joined nearly 100 games between us before a friend finally made the breakthrough. We returned to The Docks to see if they would spawn easier if we were in Phoenix's (it may be a fluke) and on the second attempt there was at least 5 Phoenix's parked around The Docks.

 

Hope this helps to confirm that The Docks does still spawn Phoenix's.
