Last time Rockstar made a new melee weapon, it was a reskinned knife.

If they made a Katana, it would be a reskinned current melee weapon.

If they made a flamethrower, everybody would lose all hopes of decent framerates and nobody would die because fire damage in this game is a joke.

this, with the PV icon still appearing on the persons radar, when he goes to get it, it's just a 'cube'.

 

someone mentioned the jerry cans,

jerry can + sticky/grenade for a large AoE firebomb( with better fire damage).

 

and couldn't the katana just use the bat animation?!
