Created Race with High GTA$ and RP payouts

So I am seeing a link between props, checkpoints and end result of race payouts.

 

When I first made .....http://rsg.ms/1bCBg2

 

I used 13 checkpoints and had a little wreckage laying about. A 2 man,two lap race would net roughly 1200 RP and 2k cash...surprised me.

I went back...expanded the track, made it 19 checkpoints. Added ramps, construction stuff...bricks and pipes and things. Added lot more wreckage. I like it a lot more as it flows better and has better defined tracks and such.

 

On a recent run of 2 laps and 2 people, first place awarded 4200 RP and $5400. Incredible.

Its not that much longer so only thing I figure is how content packed I made it.

Anybody seeing a pattern or is it just me?

I have really nice wide street circuit track without ramps.

it is technical and has high speed corners, real good for sedans and coupes.

and a two minute lap, as a hardcore racer I'm really enjoying the track.(people instant press replay)

it gives you between 3500 and 5500 rp payouts when winning of four people.(don't know why there is such a huge difference)

I don't think it's more of a correlation to the amount of checkpoints as it is the actual distance travelled. I made one with 19 checkpoints, and one with 13, and the latter pays more because it's 1mi longer. Checkpoints really only mark the path and provide a respawn point if you wreck or go off course.
