Always being kicked

Right, so ever since online was released I have had problems with getting into lobbies. I've searched and searched and people have all said the same thing. "It's your NAT Type".

 

Anyway, let me tell you what happens.

I'll be able to join a game fine and I'll be playing in the lobbies for 10-30 minutes, then all of a sudden I get kicked. I know it;s not the players kicking me because it happens when I'm in lobbies on my own. So it's clearly a load of bull. SO I searched and many people have said it's because of my NAT type. I decided to go look further into this, and found out it isn't my NAT Type because it's setting is "Open" and this is what they recommended it to be on. So what else can I do? I'm getting fed up with it because it's always doing it when I'm about to do something.

 

Also sometimes it kicks me and says "You have been signed out of PSN" when I haven't? :S

 

Any ideas?
