Loading GTA Online and Time Out

When i try to get on gta online, it either says loading gta online in the bottom right and just doesn't load (left it there for 1 hour). Or it times me out after 4 minuites of loading.

 

I was able to get on yesterday but today i can't.

 

I've tried:

 

deleting the title update

deleting single player game save.

making a new character

joing friends sessions

clearing hard drive cache

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO HELP !!!

Yes I've experienced this too. since the update, it's been horrendous. I'm taking your on XBox??? I had these issues with ps3. Knew it wasn't on my end. When you do get online, does it kick you out say 5 mins in ? I disabled UPnP on my router and ps3. It gave me back a NAT 3. Since I've done this, I can get into online and STAY in online. I don't know if this will work for u , but I have a feeling something has been changed since patch 1.07 .

It's been somewhat unreliable since update 1.07. Before that I had experienced no problems at all!

 

The loading time isn't a problem for me. Yeah it's slow but I can remember the pre-broadband days of dial-up internet which was slower. What I have experienced are game freezes before starting a mission or after completing one when the camera view is up in the clouds.

 

I've also noticed messages saying save unsuccessful, can't connect to R* server.above the radar map.

 

dbbenn - I would suggest contacting R* and see if they can help you. Could be that it's something that has been reported by others and they already know how to fix it or are working on a solution.

After 1.07 my level 68 is stuck in the Loading GTA Online screen. So it's been over 2 weeks since I have submitted a ticket, spoken with them twice - done everything that they have asked me to do, accepting invites, loading to a flash drive, downloading to another xbox etc..All of them. And I still cannot play. I can only start another character (which works fine) and re level. So thats another 200 hrs that they expect me to give em, with no kind of real response, or at least telling me they 'know about the issue'…
