I thought I'd give it a chance to win me back with the new Online updates. First of all, it seems to be slightly more glitchy and lower in framerate. Having not played V in so long I forgot how ugly the graphics actually are if you look at things closely. It's only from a distance that things like nice and smooth and "like the Trailers"... So I boot up the Creator mode. Spent about 45 minutes or so making a deathmatch mode surrounding the Lighthouse area. It was boring me to tears so much that I got a massive migraine and didn't know at the time why I was bothering. I finally finish creating it, and as far as I'm aware the only way to launch a live game is to go to the marker location. I finally get there and as I approach a massive red gang territory ring appears - now my deathmatch icon has disappeared and I'm forced into doing the gang attack. Even after the gang attack my deathmatch icon is no longer there. Wtf? I just threw the controller down and gave up... really can't get into this. I'm having more fun playing Super Mario 3D World with my wife on the Wii U. I have the best possible apartment... I have a nice car... what reason is there to keep playing? There really is nothing to do. They f*cked up massively by not including ANYTHING to do with HEISTS in a game that is absolutely centred around heists and the "pursuit of the almighty dollar" as they even stated years ago. There is simply nothing to do here in this game world of theirs apart from driving around in circles listening to Radio Gaga, or exploring empty mountains (no animals in multiplayer, no foliage, just flat green textures).
