GTA Online horribly unbalanced

online is a complete clusterf*ck. some people have unlimited money while most have barely any and have no possible way to make some. payouts for jobs are a joke, originally payouts weren't too bad but still took hours to make even make a decent amount. now you would have to work for days to be able to buy and upgrade even a mediocre car. rockstar you need to reward people who actually play the game right. online has turned into a sh*thole because of this.

Glitchers don't do jobs, why would they? So there are fewer jobs running to join/ nobody joins invites.

THAT's the problem.

I agree. This game is broken! I've busted my ass (game wise) to get a million and a half and I have three people on my friends list, plus some randoms I've talked to, who have had people gift them millions of dollars!

I've noticed it's always the host that gets the extra cash... Maybe it's to keep hosts from infuriating players by dropping the session? That seems to never happen in this game. :)

Yo yo yo, hold on! What difference is there between a player who buys cash cards and someone who money glitchd or someone that has been gifted momney or even someone who earned their money the old fashioned way? Nothing! Money doesn't earn you RP so what's the issue? Someone has nicer cars than you? Seriously starting to think all this is a jealousy thing. Money does not make you a good or skilled player, they have no advantage over you with Ur $50k or whatever!

The dude that states that the matches are empty because of it is seeing this the right way. Its got a negative effect on these glitcher kids anyway as all the time they are in free mode they are never levelleing up! I came across someone with 20hrs game time and they were level 16! Seriously, no bullet proof tyres or nothing! He was a multi milionair but what advantage does he have over you? I have a tiny fraction of that play time and am lvl 113! These kids put themselves at a serious disadvantage in the long run!

You will have a rocket launcher before half these kids unlock a sniper rifle!

Quit being angry about it, you are all starting to sound silly now! Money does not impact gameplay, it only buys you things anyone can buy after a few good missions!

Hackers on the other hand should be banned outright, if only for the god mode and disabling the bad sport counter!

Except not only low level players are using glitches. That was just a generalization from your part.

Money=unlimited ammo, $500 stickies etc.

Money=ability to buy vehicles and upgrade them higher without concern for bank balance

Money=Less need to do missions and earn. More time to randomly kill people.

Low level or high level why does it matter?

Okay a tank costs 1.5mil and that give someone an advantage but if you don't have that kind of money by the time Ur lvl 70 you really have been very wreakless with Ur spending. Probably by jumping straight into a high end 10 car apartment and trying to afford modding 10 cars from early on is where most people make the mistake. I only had a 6 car garage until lvl 70! Stimulus package went on modding the 6 cars and I had more money than I knew what to do with even after the tank purchase. That's when I went for the high end apartment fully modded 10 expensive cars and was broke within an hour!

Again the people with all that money have no physical advantage over you! What they gonna do, choke you to death with $100 bills in a fancy glitchy melee attack? Blow up Ur car with a mortar that rains down money hell? Of course not, this is all just silly! You have no reason to get butt hurt over money glitchers other than being jealous of their chromed adders!

God moders etc I can completely see your point but money glitches no way! Your point is pointless!

I think people just expect too much early on, as I said I only had a 6car garage until lvl 70. When people got the stimiulus they just went straight for the high end apartment (which still hasno purpose other than to sing in the shower) When you factor in a tank is $1.5mill gta$ and convert that to real money in those cash cards maybe people wouldnt be so wreakless with spending. C'mon, sticky bombs! You are throwing $500 out the window each time you use one! Just don't buy em! A £$200 death from another player would be cheaper than a$500 stickybomb + the players insurance, just let them kill you and take the money hit themselves! You just gotta play it smart if the money jealousy is the issue here. A non glitcher can be a multi millionair too if they play it smart!

Put it this way, to Max out my rocket ammo I'd need to do one half decent job. This job would also earn me RP which the money glitcher would not earn if they just go and by the ammo outright. (One survival match would stock up my ammo and earn me RP and money) In the grand scheme of things you have the advantage over them!

I've recently been gifted a rediculous sum of money and I have to admit its kinda ruined the game for me, I enjoyed earning my car upgrades, it made me love the cars I had so much, time and effort went into them. Now they are just disposable junk I can replace in an instant. Trust me, in the long run the rediculous money is more of a burden and saps the enjoyment out of the whole thing! Other than the jealousy factor you have no beef with the money glitchers or billionaires!

All this money and I still get my ass handed to me in a fire fight!

They can kill without finacial consequence but a ton of stickies will eventually land em as a bad sport. Again play it smart, avoid the crazy people it makes it more fun actually paying attention to what's going on in the environment. Someone speeding up behind you? You don't hang around lose them however you can! If you can't lose em at least it was tense and fun trying!

The vehicles = the jealousy thing I was talking about, cars like the sultan or surano have many advantages over the expensive supercars in the urban and rural enviroments. I can lose pretty much any high end car in my relatively inexpensive surano anywhere in the city!

Play the missions with friends they are not just a grind to earn money, some are really challenging and good fun, as are the races. And its a way to get away from those free mode crazies! If being stickybombed or killed by others bothers you that much you should play in invite only sessions. No enemies no problem, unless you were also wanting to kill others then sticky bombs or not how are you any different from these people?

Generally speaking I agree with you, but you're forgetting that the combination of tanks, buzzards, air strikes and mercenaries means that anyone with a vastly overinflated wallet can afford to wreak havoc on a room if they so choose. While it may not contribute to skill, grenade launchers, sticky bombs, and PV insurance are mere drops in the bucket when you have billions to blow. It's not that wealthy players have an advantage over you, it's that they can afford to not give a sh*t.

Also, most of these "glitchers" that I actually play with drive around in their super diamonds or rarer cars like the youga van or Karin intruder. They can afford super cars and may have one but they never drive them because they are a bit boring compared to a futo or a schafter. In the world of free mode bullet proof tyres are the only essential mod, the actual car can be mostly irrelevant. Racing is different but if its an issue for you just turn off custom vehicles until you have a competitive car!

I played a lot just to get what I had, then just a few days ago some guy puts 110 million dollars in my account. I couldn't believe it. Now every day I am getting tons of money from guys I don't know. I'm now up to 600 million and what really sucks is I can't give any of it away. I will never use it all. Its cool any everything, but believe me, it DOES take some of the fun out of the game.

@RossCA. Do you think that all this money has given you any kind of advantage over other players?

What I'm trying to tell all these people with shiney car jealousy is no matter how much money you have you will only be as good or smart a player as you've always been. If Ur a bit sh*t Ur gonna get urself killed by people with $10 or a $billion it doesn't matter. Money does not increase Ur ability or skill! The money glitchers are not unbalancing the game like the op and others think. What's the difference between buying a $1.25mill cash card and glitching Ur way to a million? No one has given me a good answer yet!

not true.... I have glitched and enjoy doing missions with people who have mics. The money was always a safety net, so now i dont have to worry about it I just enjoy the game :)

truth be told I do think that you end up blowing in ammo what you make during alot of missions. LOL

You said it yourself earlier, they've all got tanks. They have fast cars to catch up with you if you can't afford a super car. They keep buying sh*t rockets and using them whenever you're behind cover.

From my point of view, theres no difference between a cash card and glitching

Since the last patch, it's ridiculously easy to make 100k an hour (if you have Martin, Trevor/ Ron and Lester unlocked). They added missions to the next job listing so you don't even have to jump back to free mode to make a call....it's like anything else that's worth doing though, if you don't want to put in the time and effort your not going to reap any of the rewards.

Money is hard to get even as a high ranked player.

The players with unlimited money are called glitchers, cheaters and hackers.

But the most fitting name for them is Noobs.

$100k/hr = $1b in 10,000 hrs, or approx 416 days of playing.

Billionaires >

my biggest problem is that you have redo those missions correct? For example, If we tally up the max pay out for all of the jobs, How much would it amount to? IM not sure, but I really dont like doing the same mission over, Titan of a Job was one that i did about 5 times though because it was fun, but none other than that

Not sure what to tell you if you don't like the selection.... it is what it is until heists come out.

I'm not sure why everyone assumes heists will be their meal ticket. If R* is obsessively nerfing missions for a few thousand dollars, what makes you think heist payouts will be anything like they were in story mode? It's just another job type like any other.

I'm excited for them because they sound fun, but don't expect to be making millions robbing banks.
