Armor question

Can anyone confirm whether increasing armor decreases overall speed?

For some reason, it seems to decrease the speed on my sultan. My sultan feels really heavy when I have armor on it. Maybe the sultan is just a heavy car or idk.

The Sultan RS is just a heavy-feeling car in general; the armour doesn't make it any heavier. The is car generally less responsive than most of the other cars in the game, which is why it feels heavier, I think. It's still an awesome ride though.

that's disappointing, it looks like it would be really light. That's probably why it isn't that fast, such a shame.

My bad. I should have specified cars. I thought I read that 80-100% armor can slow overall speed down.

It effects speed and handling on vehicles very slightly, due to the increase in weight (this can be verified on the ifruit app)
