GTAV "new easter egg?"

Is this an easter egg of some kind? Idk if it's from anywhere but in this picture, it kind of looks like an abusive boyfriend cuz the guy is smiling and the girl looks like she has a black eye lol. There seems to be a lot of detail in here cuz I also notice the guy has his left hand behind him maybe because he's holding a weapon he beats his gf with? Idk I was just exploring the inside of a liquor store in Blaine County.

I saw an older Jimmy Hopkins in a ingame store once, told my little brother to take a picture of him but they end up fighting Will continue the hunt for him and post here if I ever see him again:S

 

The one I saw was bare chested, had jeans shorts with long legs and was kind of chubby, in his 20's something.

Well this was the only picture that caught my eye out of every other picture. It was the most different & then I spotted a black eye on the chicks eye.

It reminds me of viral video where this guy accidently kicks his GF and gives her a black eye. They were taking a photo were they were both going to be mid-air, he jumped too wide and hit her. They still took a photo after and it looked a bit like the one above.
