Shiny peds looks horrible, it's like they got jizzed all over their bodies. I had no idea the mobile version looks that ugly and horrible, yuck!

1) Use a higher resolution mask for the moon, or disable it by using a blank mask (lunar.png in the same location as SilentPatch)

 

I can't find the lunar.png location, particle.txd doesn't work.

You make one, put it in the same place as SilentPatch, then it will load lunar.png instead of the original mask.

SkyGFX now fixes the moon phase thing as well and SilentPatch will not use its patch in that case. So If you're using skygfx, make sure you edit particle.txd.

Can someone give me a PS2 timecyc that has all Illumination values set to 2.0,as from looking at gameplay of the mobile version,there seems to be more illumination on that version.I would do it myself,but there are so many weather id's in GTA SA that it would not be worth the effort.

Guys,the newest SkyGFX version on skygfx.rockstarvision.com now has detail textures.To use them,change the buildingpipeline to PC,as they replace it.

Dude, the mobile stuff is unfinished so, isn't recommended to use it for now since still in development, and you seems to forget the complains after this, since is unfinished lol.

Yeah don't be announcing WIP stuff unless aap says so, he's still working in this and the last thing needed is complaints about things being broken when it's just unfinished.

you can put it in the GTA SA folder, or you can put it in the Modloader folder
