Wanted star textures are the same as the PC.

 

Don't know about the breath drawn

 

Apart from what have been done (great work by the way) do you guys have some kind of goal? Like make the new menus, the new ambient colours, car reflections ans such

 

I think we're pretty much done with texture replacement. There are a few more textures on mobile that are 256x256, but they are so minor that it's not worth the work. About the new menus, MAYBE it's possible to redone, as seen on this video (it's a car spawner for VC, but there are some new menus)

 

 

 

The new timecyc and colours, I don't know, but I'll really like to have them

 

Car reflections, again, MAYBE can be done, there are some car reflections mods out there

While i was playing i found some good new models like 6 wheels yosemite, new gym tools like dumbbell and ect. I tried to convert them but i failed.

Updated mobile vegetation, includes new vegetation/rock textures from procobj.ide from the Android version. I was going to mipmap them but mipmaps don't work on my game so I can't actually see if they work or not, if someone wants to mipmap them feel free.

EDIT: Also, make sure you install these on vanilla vegetation models, it doesn't work with any other models before people start saying they don't work. ;-; (has happened)

Depending on my boredom level, I might do them tonight for you. PITA to do.

 

 

For those who might get there before me, JF-Mir2 gave it an attempt using G-TXD, but the mipmaps didn't apply.

I figured it was because of the compression. I opened up the TXD in TXD Workshop (Options > Compress All Textures), saved the .txd and then opened it up in G-TXD and it worked fine after that.

I made mipmaps for all android vegetation/rock textures. They are made in PS with Nvidia plugin, so i used DK's ASI plugin (DDS2TXD) to generate the txds.

Nope, it doesn't crash, just tested, the tool is working fine :D

Nope, it doesn't crash, just tested, the tool is working fine :D

 

Weird.. @aStiffSausage you managed to break mipmaps again, good going. #BlameStiffy

On PC they are 512x512 too.

But not all. In original game road textures have resolution from 128x128 to 512x512. In mobile version road textures are the same, as in PC-version. But some 512x512 textures looks little different from PC (maybe because of another compressing). Edited by flame1251

G-TXD generates mip-maps wrongly... I didnt work with this tool much, but some guy experienced in modelling told me about this.

DDS tool uses native functions to build texture dictionaries. Thats why mip-maps look fine in-game, and also it supports many different texture formats, including DXT5 compression.

Yeah, I figured. G-TXD mip-maps refuse to work on my game for some reason, it'll work the first time I load up with a new .set file, but after that it won't.

And then GTA San Andreas is listed to PC (there was a rumour about a Windows 8 app)

SilverRST - The rest of the roads are all the same, those from San Fierro were the only hi-res that I found.

You just opened PC LOD textures, for high detailed models textures are detailed like on second screen.

Your question are related to what? In wich txd from PC are the veg_hedge1 texture?

 

If then, yes.

 

By the way, car reflections aren't happening. They have a kinda of "mirror effect" with blueish windows. I tried to recreate on ENB, but the final result wasn't good.
