¤Mafia¤ Posted November 14, 2002 Share Posted November 14, 2002 Yeah, I know where the guy in the cement block on his feet is at, Its between Leaf Links little Island and the land on the first Island, and there will be a tall building behind you when you find it, and its bobbing ontop of a huge chunk of rocks, and you'll see him just ride around in that little area and you'll find him.
