That's strange that you got the same bug as mine but not identical circumstances. The programming is truely flawed because I never experienced this on my PC. number_22 Posted December 17, 2013 Share Posted December 17, 2013 Can't get past Pier 69 mission either. Plus, all save houses have been disabled, meaning there are no disks to be found in them. Z and Woozie Missions are not triggered for me either. Furthermore, horse betting does not work, you can bet but you'll always lose money, the winings are never paid out. I'm enjoying playing through this again after almost 10 years but I just can't get used to the touch controls. It's so difficult to control. We're at the point where you can confirm the glitches by testing resume saves and observing the results. I don't need to see your saves at this time, but my confidence would be higher if other players could replicate the results. Resume Glitches: The glitches identified so far have persisted since the original PS2 version, but appear to be amplified by the Resume Saves on iOS. Basketball Glitch: A resume save (any save really) near a basketball court with an active basketball will glitch away the basketballs for the rest of the game. This is the familiar glitch since PS2 and has persisted in all version. It would occur if there was an active basketball in Madd Dogg's gym when the player used the save disk upstairs. No Pool Player Glitch: A resume save near an active pool player will glitch away the pool players for the rest of the game. This glitch never happens naturally, but was noticed on PC when players modded pool tables into safehouses, or used a save anywhere mod in the wrong place. No Roulette Valet: Saving near a roulette while might glitch away the spectator with a red vest that sometimes watches the action. I have been unable to track the source of this glitch or repair the damage - I'm not even completely convinced if the glitch is real since the valet is only a random spawn anyway. I'm not sure if the valet needs to be active or not to get the glitch. FYI: Roulette, Blackjack and Wheel O Fortune dealers should be unaffected by this type of glitch. The save disks seem to disappear after about halfway into the San Fierro missions for most people. As long as you don't need to switch devices for whatever reason, don't worry about it.
