I would assume it's some sort of prep for heists. Maybe he's some technician setting up our place not to be bugged/tracked, lol.

Does it work in invite only lobbies etc. if say you were to join it via accepting invite from a friend? Don't have a friend online to test it with atm

I knew it would be expensive but thats kinda pointless you can get the shamal for an extra 100k or so and it seats 10.
