Are you sure Charles still works. I tried earlier and it didn't work.

 

It should, there wasnt an update with the app. make sue you edit the plate while in SP then go to MP and it change

Hmm, suddenly the dlc cars are not showing up in Michael's garage for me...

Did you do anything to them in the save editor? Because of the fact that the DLC cars are not built in messing with them too much may cause them to disappear. If you can't get it to work hit me up and I will take care of you.

Its easier if you don't use the garage to mod them. Drive one out (using the garage menu) then go to LSC, customize the body the way you want, then save... then use the editor to do michael's current car rather than the garage.
