Can we save edit to add NOS?

No because there is no update for the save editor yet.

 

Tell that to my NOS Jester.Yes we can edit Nos, bring the car in through SP and edit them in the save editor. Just click the Nos option. Not that hard

umm, individual files for mods.... interesting. haven't peaked inside them yet, but i know exactly who to ask about these and see if he can further decipher them...

 

 

 

 

I meant the names. I know what the rpf's are for. They contain all the models for the options at LSC. (Bumpers, spoilers, etc.)

 

 

ahh nope.. no clue what they may be, i'd have to look at the mods files and see what they may be...

 

 

Also R* is known for dropping stuff in an earlier update to have it ready for a particular event... may they have something to do with St. Patty's day...

You can do it with the Save Editor, you just have to be very specefic.

Does this method not work to get the Turismo online? Ive done it with Franks buffalo, but can not get it to work with the turismo

Instead you want to modify the car you're actually driving. Go to your garage (whichever SP character you choose). Select the special car, in this case a turismo, and drive it to outside of LSC (do not get out of the car). Save the game to the USB stick, then modify the car you are currently driving in the save editor.
