It's an underpowered Voltic.

 

I don't know if they patched the glitch where you could buy CE vehicles off legendary motorsport, but even if you still can, it's invisible in your garage.

The Khamelion could of been a cool car if it wasn't electric. I love the look of it, especially when in white, but the whole electric kills it for me. -.-
