PheonixJedi couldn't store a vehicle at all, so he gave me his account and I did the same thing for him, Crappy. I stored 4 vehicles for him.

 

Roosevelt = 1 try

Entity = Around 10 tries

9F = 1 try

Elegy = 2 tries

 

So it definitely has to do with either the console, or the internet speed of whoever is doing the glitch

Did you use his cloud saved SP game or did you rehash your own save to his profile using Horizon to create the vehicles?

If you used his SP save, did you notice how much game progress he has versus yours?

Assuming that you have had the game since it came out, do you know if PheonixJedi purchased the game more recently?

Did you have to clear your cache in order to download his profile or is that something you do regularly anyway?

I moved his cloud save to a USB, and edited it, then saved it back onto the USB with Horizon.

He had 100% game progress while I had 87%.

PhoenixJedi has been around for a long while, so I'm going to assume he got the game on day 1 as well.
