EDIT: Y'see? Rule of thumb is if one person is already doing your request you don't ask others to waste time doing it too. Hah.

I've done everything, restarting, disconnecting, connecting, waiting, hoping, praying to things I don't believe in, taking peoples advice still doesn't work.

 

Oh yeah I unlinked my SC and it loaded a little bit longer and I was like "holy sh*t it worked!"

 

Then this showed. For the love of f*ck I'm annoyed beyond anything.

 

Shortly after I tried again, cloud server issues again.

 

I guess that's it for me today. I'm done.

 

@bloodclaw try body style 255 it adds everything so it'll add the top as well.

I've noticed some interesting variations in performing the super car glitch. The other night, I helped a friend store one by downloading his profile to my XBOX and using his MP character to store the vehicle. Since I had no problem storing high end vehicles on the first try on my profile, I assumed that wouldn't change when I switched to his profile.

But in order to download his profile, I had to clear my cache 3 times. This changed the timing significantly. Before, I was able to stand facing a Karin Rebel in the middle - middle/left of the door and quickly tap Y, hold RT, and tap A.

On his character, i figured out the adjustment by tapping Y, holding RT, waiting until the door opened in the animation and I could hear a small squeak as the door reached the end of its motion and tap A. This leads me to believe that the processing power of your XBOX plays a role in the timing. My XBOX is a 2005 Elite. I had not cleared my cache in months. Thereby creating a slightly slower downloading of the job on the phone.

For the second part, it really depended on which lobby I was in, regardless of it being just myself in an invite only. Sometimes, the screen would show the garage as the background, the mission page pops up, the screen fades out, comes back and I wait 3 or 4 more seconds before backing out of the mission. Other times, I would wait 10 seconds or not at all before backing out. The only consistency was making sure the screen faded out and came back.

Lastly, there is the highly annoying disappearance of the desired vehicle upon entering the garage to start the glitch. On my profile, it NEVER disappears. I could try 20 times and it will stay. On his profile, it always disappeared. POOF!

The only difference I know of is that I used his SP cloud save to create the vehicle and SP to MP it in. Could it be that because I have finished the story and have 81.7% progress versus his 73% progress that the vehicle stays during the glitch on my profile? I also got the game when it came out whereas he got it more recently. It's a bit baffling to me. Is there something in SP that needs to be done in order to keep a vehicle from disappearing in MP? I thought Rockstar had released a patch early on to prevent cars from disappearing so easily from characters and their garages. Could this affect MP?

I'd like to take a consensus on people who are having an easy time, like me, performing the glitch versus others who are finding it near impossible to possibly discern if these differences are indeed a factor.

PheonixJedi couldn't store a vehicle at all, so he gave me his account and I did the same thing for him, Crappy. I stored 4 vehicles for him.

 

Roosevelt = 1 try

Entity = Around 10 tries

9F = 1 try

Elegy = 2 tries

 

So it definitely has to do with either the console, or the internet speed of whoever is doing the glitch.

Can somebody make a combo vehicle (Using 2 different car bodies)( for ex. A saddler with bull bar and over head light i think from bobcat- I think I saw it earlier in the forum)
