I have a question, how do you get BPT to stick to ATVs? I tried bringing in a chrome lifeguard atv but the BPT didn't stay. Any advice? (Sorry if im asking this in the wrong place or what not)

You can take a vehicle off the street in SP > drive into LSC apply BPT > drive into vinewood and then change the vehicle to an ATV with the save editor (don't touch the BPT opton when editing the vehicle though)

As long as you have taken a random vehicle from the street into LSC & applied the BPT; just leave that setting alone once in the save editor (you can change the anything else including car, rim type,colour and any upgrade)

I can't get BPT in singleplayer seeing as I never completed much of the story. Would anyone be kind enough to mod one in for me? I'll dupe one of my cars for you once I get GTA cash, or something in return,it'd be greatly appreciated.

hey iv done this myself just get one off the beach save your game load it into save editor then just do what you want thats how i was able to keep all the orginal colours on my life guard atv
