If you have a car imported from sp to mp is R* able to tell that the car isn't a legitimate mp car? And what is the likelihood that R* will punish people for doing this?

 

Is it difficult to put custom plates on car that is already in mp?

Aside from cars that don't spawn in multiplayer, like Franklin's Buffalo, the hearse, and so on, I doubt it. They may be able to check what the plates on cars read, though.

 

 

You can use the Charles method to get custom plates on cars already in your garage in multiplayer, look on SevenSins for a guide.

Thought I would type up a little something to show my appreciation to a lot of people on this forum:

 

Andherembrace- Who has this guy not helped? It's evident too. I look on my friends list and see him hopping online and offline constantly, always bringing new cars in for people. Someone will request a car, and about 10 minutes he will send an invite to the person with the car ready sitting in mikes driveway. Good times! Lol

 

Pary daplatapus- This guy is the man! Fun guy to play with and to talk to about life. Have a question regarding mods? Consult pary! He also has a fantastic taste in colors applied to cars. This guy means a lot to these forums and we are glad to have you here. #salute for serving in the military as well.

 

Awful Matt- This guy also is constantly helping people on these forums with cars. Never talked to him, until about a few weeks ago, and he really is a great guy. He brought in a stacked turbo paradise last weekend, and we had good times testing it. PS. He might like Trevor's blazers almost as much as me.

 

PerceusS0Z- This guy helps people out, but the most notable part about perc are his infamous sigs and profile pics. I swear, I am scrolling down the page, I see a post by him, and then I see a chick taking her top off; I look at the profile, and it is perceus.

 

Budleaf- One chill guy! This is the guy that has really taken the basic hex editing that pary released for colors and taken it to a whole new level. His most recent accomplishment is that he figured out how to double stack turbo on a car. Whether it sticks or not, good find!

 

Megamoke- Damn Aussies make me lose track of time, until I see the sun rising! Lol. Good guy to talk with about bringing in cars and all sorts of glitches on GTA. Moke almost likes trevs blazers as much as Matt, which almost likes trevs blazers as much as me.

 

Brett's Mods- Another good guy to talk to about all sorts of mods. The guy I consult about mods on other games other than GTA. Good guy! He helped me dupe out quite a few blazers as well. Thanks

 

Squasher- Lets just say two words: Epsilon Blue

 

Biohazard Abyss and Gear999- Thanks for making me smile every time I read the thread!

 

Gunwrath and the Moderators- Thanks for keeping us in line

 

I just wanted to say thank you to all these people along with plenty of other people I probably missed. These are just the first few off the top of my head. Can't believe people used to think the zombie sand king sold for 3 billion. Was even a post on seven sins about it. Sugar free got me on worn sea wash when I did him a dubsta with it. Kinda looks like weed. Especiallu with lime green pearl lol

Some of you may or may not know this but if you bring cars into online via SP to MP method that Alien Oh G posted, I have found an easier way that doesn't require you to go to LS Customs, or disconnect your internet.

 

 

1. Get your vehicle of choice in SP and save the game wherever your chosen place is online while still in the vehicle - I like going near the apartment building just down from Eclipse Towers.

2. Go into an invite only session and make sure that you're in the correct place, then load up the game store. If you're not in the correct place, go to wherever your place of choice is and leave GTA Online, then repeat this step.

3. Wait for all the Shark Cards to load then just sign out of XBL, you'll get kicked into the Prologue.

4. Hit start and load up your game which you last saved (it'll prompt you to sign back in, do so), you should be in your vehicle of choice and in the correct location.

5. Hit start and load up another invite only session, you should then see the vehicle you brought in.

6. Drive to your garage and store it, or do the tank glitch if it's a hot car.

 

 

 

Like I said above most will probably know this already. I got bored of going all the way to LS Customs every time I wanted to bring in a car, so I thought I would try not going at all. I saw someone post earlier that you can sign out rather than disconnect your internet so credit goes whoever posted that.

5. Hit start, online, "Go". When you spawn in you'll see your vehicle.
6. Drive to your garage and store it, or do the insurance glitch if it's a premium car - be cautious if you're storing a high-end car as you're in a public lobby, sh*t can go bad!

- I do all of my SP to MP-ing in my garage as it's much faster. I change my last location to garage so I can sign out anywhere and it'll still spawn me back when I re-join. I leave my vehicle outside the garage of Eclipse Towers as that's where I live. Once I spawn back in, I walk outside and see the vehicle in front of me.

 

- Any session will work, but with the latest update, you can no longer host your own games e.g. invite only session. If you are doing it solo and aren't bringing in a high-end car then going into a public session will work fine as long as you aren't at a too hot area (away from Eclipse Towers).

 

- If you are bringing in cars for somebody else, then get them to invite you into an invite only session and the car will spawn. To do this, instead of going into a public session (hitting "Go"), wait for their invite, once you receive it just accept it from the Xbox messages while still in SP. You will then get transferred like usual, but into their game.

If you're referring to the last part of step two, yes. Sometimes GTA: O won't save your last location so if you aren't at your last location do so. Otherwise, you don't need to.

It's very easy to do. I downloaded the save editor 2 days ago and made a car in 2 minutes.
