It's more of a mixture of bright orange and White, but I can't remake it at LSC, and Lanclet's Unique Vehicles FAQ has already listed it as unique.

There are several colors not available in LSC. Pary has a full list of every color in the game in the Hex tutorial in his signature. I would recommend checking that out.

 

I have been experimenting with Fluorescent blue for a body color. It is normally only a wheel color. Very vibrant. Like a melted crayon or something.

The colors are:

1st colour: 02 - Black Steel

2nd colour: 04 - Silver

Pearlecent: 8C - Flourescent Blue

 

keep in mind that Flourecent blue is totally different colour (darker) by itself if you plan on only using it for your vehicle.
