Many of us have tried finding them ourselves to no avail. We've found strange variations of existing plates, but nothing that sticks permanently onto the vehicles.

ahh ok i was looking forward to trying to get the Vice City 1 but how do i edit the North Yankton 1?When hex editing, search for your custom plate, then edit the hex value group right in front of the plate (right before your plate) to [00 00 00 05].

You do know that you could request any vehicle in Epsilon Blue, right, not just ones that are already in the game?

 

I've got a Bison, a Buffalo, a Gauntlet, a Manana, a Dunebuggy, an Exemplar, an Entity, a Coquette, a Stinger, and a Bati 801, all in Epsilon Blue.

 

It's quite easy if you hex edit or if you save edit with an Epsilon vehicle already in your garage.
