I think it's safe to say that in GTA Online it's impossible to make anyone look like anyone other than a transvestite or a meth-head. Or, in the case of OP's Catwoman attempt, a transvestite meth-head

Oh my God, I never made the connection and now I can't stop thinking about it.

The outfit isn't shown as the original is some dark navy blue while in-game I can only match it as black. Sorry for the over-effect in the pic but it looked good in-game.
