I've seen more people doing this lately. Like yesterday I rigged my Bifta with stickies and blew this lvl 120 in a tank sky high. So the dude respawns and kills me so I respawn and take cover expecting a war but the dude just hopped in a car and took off. Once he got his tank back I realized he wasn't even griefing! There were just countless noobs hightailing it towards him and attacking him only for him to blast them away.

I'm sure they can do something similar in offline or a private session with pedestrians but they won't. I wonder what the difference is in killing a player that isn't going to shoot on sight and shooting a pedestrian..
