Anybody know where the El Camino spawns online (Picador)

I need help getting an El Camino or if anybody knows where one spawns at that would help to. My GamerTag is: It Was Garrison. If you know any information just hit me up.

I spotted one driving around the big Ammunation that has the shooting range by Mors Insurance. But I only saw it the once and I kept it, but since sold it. I wish I'd kept it now though as it definitely seems rare. Interesting that its 4WD.

i see them a lot over by the lsc that's on the central east side, between the highway off/on ramps that make circles above and below it on the map

 

i also see them a lot on the roads between that lsc and the ports where you drop off the simeon vehicles

It spawns up near Trevor's place after a Ron/Trevor mission.

spawns a lot near docks, where the race "The Commute" ends.

I see them mostly by the airport and up in sandy shores.
