I would switch session, and write Rockstar an email about how time wasting it is.

If you got put in there, why would you want to stay in there? That'd end up being way more annoying the spawn killers.

It would be cool if you got arrested or killed by the cops, you woke up in the prison hospital and have to fight your way out. Or stay if you like the cuddling sessions after chow.

I think this is a great idea.

Instead of Bad Sports, stick the griefers/tankwanks in a prison environment with its own economy of cigarettes, avoid bummings and getting in with gangs missions.

You coukd get quite creative with this.
