Also quotes tend to fill pages of endless scrolling. Make it so by default only the most recent quote is quoted, it shouldn't be endless. Or at the most, hide quotes by default and have a 'show' button.

For the first one, the limit is 15 a day.

 

For the remaining ones, they will most likely be not removed/disabled because of performance. Forum of this size needs a flood control or it would be overloaded or spammers would post spam even quicker.
