Hi guys i downloaded the GTA IV and when i am going in some places the game crash and showes

GTA IV FATAL ERROR: Uncrecoverable fault - Please restart the game

what can i do with this ?????

P.S The game is not modded with cars or tools etc.

Any ideas???????? Help!!!!!!!
