Properties possibly purchasable in the future

Pretty sure there was a thread on this a while back, but since it's more or less died off(and I can't seem to find it), I figured I'd start a new one. With the leaked audio files of Martin telling the player to "put some money into properties", it's more or less a guarantee that there will be additional properties to purchase in the foreseeable future. What they will be, though, is still up for debate. Personally, I'm hoping for a mix of houses and commercial properties(even if I can only own the house to rent it out to NPCs.)

 

This is just a list of buildings I've found while playing the game, and what I think they may be, if we're given the chance to purchase them.

 

Location: Los Santos, near Simeon's car dealership

I'm assuming that, if the player will be able to purchase this property, it'll be storage for drugs or a front for selling them.

Location: Sandy Shores

The player would either be able to buy the house to live in, or to use as a meth lab.

Location: Liberty Street, Del Perro, Los Santos

Maybe another storage location for drugs, or a profitable property.

Location: Prosperity Street, Pacific Bluffs, Los Santos

Would have to be a house for the player to live in. Comes complete with tennis court.

Location: Morningwood, Los Santos

Either a profitable property or a storage place for drugs.

Location: Los Santos, near Simeon's car dealership

Probably another front or storage for drugs. Possibly a profitable property.

Location: Nikola Avenue, Mirror Park, Los Santos

I see this as more of a legitimate profitable property than a front/storage for drugs.

Location: Joshua Road, Sandy Shores(Grand Senora Desert)

Either a meth lab or a house for the player to live in. Maybe both.

Location: Mirror PL, Mirror Park, Los Santos

Pretty sure that, if we will be able to purchase this property, it'll have to be a new place to live at. I can't really recall of any time Mirror Park was used in any missions or events, in either Online or Story Mode.

Location: Imagination CT, Vespucci Canals, Los Santos

Most likely a storage place for drugs.

Location: Senora Road, near the Redwood Lights Track

Would have to be a new garage for the player(20 slots?) or a storage for drugs. Possibly a garage for heavy vehicles to be used in heists (Dozers, armored trucks, etc.)

Mansion in Vinewood Hills, with a helipad, Mega Penthouse somewhere in the city with helipad, also extended garage capacity. Nice chill ocean front house, on Del Perro in Equality Way. Mega penthouse should also include an indoor swimming pool, pool table, jacuzzi, etc

I want one of those mansions by the golf club and playboy mansion, however i can't figure out how house's and properties would work online? e.g if 4 people in your lobby own Mirror Park bungalow, how would it be accessible to all of you?
