Glitching: who, why and how much?

I am an admitted glitcher. I tried not too and planned on playing "clean" but once the payouts were nerfed, I felt I had too as I don't get to play too often and I wanted to have fun and not just grind. I've only earned a few million and I think it improves my experience in the game. I want to know how this community treats glitching.

It's fine nobody will be banned. I did it for a tank, not to grief but for safe transport while I was in badsport servers. Rockstar should just work on a PS4/Xbone and PC version now... The damage can't be repaired.

I personally don't, and I feel it has improved my playing. I understand that some people wish to play their game differently, and I'm only mildly annoyed by people who glitch their games.

 

Normally I just play steadily with my brother online anyway. He and I have the same view about it and it's fun for both of us to rough it on the streets and play missions for money while leveling up.

 

The only time I'm angry with glitchers is when they decide they're bored and want to impede on my fun. It's no fun fighting people who have helicopters/tanks/etc. because I obviously don't have as good of a chance as coming out on top because I decided to play the game fairly. I would just play in a closed game, but often find that when I'm doing missions it's fun to include a few randoms in on my adventures with my brother.

 

Honestly it doesn't have that big of an impact on me. I'm having fun regardless and I would hope that everyone else has fun to, however you want to play.

You do know even a low level person can get these from the hospital...airfields and fort zacuda right....they don't have to glitch to get access to them, Your only recourse if that"s a huge issue is to play alone.

I've probably posted too much about this topic, but I agree that the game is better when cash is eliminated as a concern.

The cash payouts and rewards (as in what you get for your cash) is too low for the time taken for natural cash progression to be fun for many people.

 

I bought my apartment and a few cars completely legit, but used the LSC glitch to finish my garage project, buy a Maverick, cheapest Jet, and left 1.5M in the bank just in case I need anything later when the glitches are all patched. Happy enough I don't feel motivated to drive to LSC anymore, just enjoying the game one mission at a time and bank balance slowly increases (as long as it's not going down, I'm happy).

 

Been loving Deathmatches lately.

What they want you to do, is go to the game store and drop some notes on some GTA money packs.

I'm a Rockstar fanboy, but pretty grumpy over the game economy being thrashed so hard. Must drive legit players nuts, idiots running around in chrome adders, and they get rewarded by having their payouts reduced.

BTW LSC glitch works fine, tried it again last night... no lag issues, did the supercar for the first time testing if Id lose my JB 700, didnt lose it either when mixed with character swap.

 

I finally broke down and got a chrome adder in its place. For teh lulz.

 

 

That said, glitched a ~4 million dollar base pool to bet set, whenever I want to buy something Ill glitch its price while I still am able to... so I never drop below my minimum I figure Ill need for the future.

 

TBH I could see R* putting out 5 1 million dollar cars at once and eating up most peoples savings.

 

 

Between my assets and bank, Im probably up around 10-12 mill glitched.

Yes I'm aware you can get them. I suppose I just assume that these guys with them are glitching, even though that's probably not a valid assumption. I just don't get how you can get millions upon millions playing the game legitly. I really don't mind them that much, it usually leads to really fun games of cat and mouse.

 

Instead of "oh man, that guy's got a tank, that's awesome!" It's "oh man, everyone has a tank... that's lame". I kind of wish having a tank were more rare than I find it currently to be. This is likely due to the quick money-making associated with glitching, don't you agree? Things that cost more money (and more powerful) are really easy for lots of people to get. The price of these items is what balances their power, but having the price mean nothing makes things go haywire.

 

Honestly the passive mode "rules" are really what's killing it for me. I keep getting guys in helicopters who put on passive mode and run around shooting rockets at me. I think I need to get an RPG, but it's going to take a lot of grinding.

I glitch but never hold 2 mil or more. Only did it because R* ignored all the problems I told them I had losing progress. I guess you could say along the lines of "God helps those who help themselves". If R* won't fix my list data, ill take it back myself.

couple mil from friends who said "hey here's a free fully modded sultan you can sell" and double sold some ballers at the beginning of my current character to regain lost money from 2 previously deleted characters. then the game gave me a duplicated coquette that i stupidly modified so i didn't want to lose all that $ so i tried the free car glitch with the Stinger and it worked. i also have a free Exemplar in my garage but that one is due to buying the wrong Exemplar since i bought the convertible version for the coupe class and modded it before realizing it was a sport class car so i did the glitch to get the sedan version so i wouldn't lose all that money.

 

i have sold a few cars of my own and kept them so i could regain money from accidently overwriting my fully modded phoenix with a stock baller. i never sat and sold cars over and over though. only twice a few times with ballers and i think a modded sultan someone gave me. i would say out of my $8M of car sales, around $6-$6.5 is legit. i'm a lvl 236 with ~ $20M total earnings with most coming from jobs (~ $11M)
