ive been playing this game since day one and ive only found one ratloader out in the wild. and im pretty sure it was only triggered because the guy I was playing with had one in his garage.

Sandy Shores.

there's a mission in sandy shores, near trevors mobile home, look around there, also one keeps popping up in my garage every time i go in there

The Last Team Standing in Sandy Shores near Trevor's trailer. You may have to go back and forth a few times to get it to spawn. Just got mine last night and have put about $100k into it. It has the most customization options out of anything I've seen so far.
