starting on November 14 I started a claim for my lost cars due to a glitch... losing about 500k..

 

i gave all the information as exactly asked...

 

 

on November 26 I got another email asking me for the same details, which i responded roughly with are you stupid, its all documented..

 

 

on December 4 i get this...

 

"Your request has been deemed solved." (idk how seeing i don't have my cars back)

 

"however, we have provided you with gta $100,000 as a customer accommodation"

 

 

 

 

 

it is not solved, and im still down 400k

This isn't an official gta forum your going to have to deal with support. I've also had tickets closed with issues that were never fixed, but your going to have to deal with support.

at least they give you 100,000$... most people get nothing! everyone on this forums had a experience like that, but they didn't get anything...

I bought cash card ($1,250,000), lost everything that I bought. And they never even apologized or gave me a refund in GTA$. In the end I had to do a Paypal claim (and won).

most people don't work for their gta dollars also..

that's good, about to say that's robbery if you couldn't get it back.

I lost all my engine upgrades, my garage full of vehicles, and most of my races. Never got jack for it.
