Most likely you still need to do the getaway vehicle-- which is find ANY 4 door vehicle and hide it in a discreet location. I forget if you need to be a specific character--- I did it as Franklin (I'm pretty sure) Skip to about 6 minutes into this video to see how to Mark it... (although the pop up on the screen tells you what to do).
