How can i sell my garage?

I bought a 6-spots garage and i just found a way to get money.. soon i will get enough money for a 10-spots garage and maybe a house... so how can i lose my old garage and get a new one ?

When you buy the nww garage/house, you get half of what you paid for the other back.

 

But you can't get the full amount back in any way, form or fashion.

I wish you could own more than 1 property.

I'd buy every garage and apartment in San Andreas.

I would settle for being able to expand my Garage by buying extra spaces 2 at a time, say for $100k my 10 car garage can be expanded to 12 then keep adding them to a max of 30 or 40 slots or other predetermined number of slots

 

after the max.number of slots is reached allow that player to purchase a second apt/garage with the limitation it has to be a predetermined distance from the other property, after the purchase add slots like before, then allow for the third property to open up, and set the max properties to four
