Driving through red lights, beeping sound?

Anyone notice when driving and you go through a red light you here this muffled beep sound? What is this?

Ya it does. Kidding. That was an accident. This thread was requested to be closed by me. Problem was my first thread kept getting errors and wouldnt post but it ended up popping up.

I wonder if that is the weird subtle sound I have been hearing at certain areas. But I wonder if my game disc has that sound clip corrupted. Because it doesnt sound like a beep to me. It sounds more like someone stepped on broken glass with a subtle very high pitched squeal. Hard to explain the sound.

But I believe I have noticed this sound on the highway as well. So I wonder if I am hearing something different.

Usually when the surface texture changes showing signs of wear and tear.
