Yes...some sound files found in the coding = Casino coming...it's not at all possible that they put sounds on with the plan to have a Casino in SP and didn't do it for whatever reason...

 

God damn the ridiculous leaps in logic around here make my brain hurt.

 

Possible? Maybe....LIkely? Maybe....Speculation? Absolutely

The file is titled "MPDLC", plus the way the character speak sounds like they're talking to a GTA online character. Also, why would they say "a casino JUST opened" or "check out the NEW camera feature in your phone" if they were intended to be there from the start. Goddamn, the ridiculos leaps in logic around here...
