GTA Online Gun Camos Unlocks Not Working?

Hey guys,

I don't think i'm the only one that found this bug but when ever i try to get kills with my heavy sniper to unlock extra camos for it e.g LSPD Tint, Army Tint, Green...

I definitely know i have had over 100 kills on other players with it meaning i should have unlocked the Army Tint by now? But it hasn't unlocked... Anyone else encountered this???? :/
