Haven't tried the darts yet on this game. Did try the arm wrestling with a buddy a couple weeks ago for sh*ts and giggles. Pretty fun. My forearm was pretty damn sore after.

I did arm wrestling once because a guy challenged me, no idea wtf we were doing (but I won in about half a second). It was seemed pretty silly honestly, but from what I understand it does increase your strength, so maybe its a good way to do it if you and a friend do it over and over. Not sure how well, though.

I experimented when mine got reset.

 

Doing holes 7-9 in golf is by far, hands down, no question, the best/fastest way to get it.

 

Arm Wrestling was better than Darts and both were better than punching hillbillies on the docks.

I did the Del Perro Pier to fill mine up from about 1.95

 

Its the best way to grind strength IMO. What I liked best about it was it wasn't as boring of a grind as solo sports (or having to wait if you were playing golf, which I love, just not for grinding strength), and while grinding the strength you also got money drops, RP from the police escapes (which were often since the police never make it to you), armored trucks spawned relatively often (invite only session, so they were always at the pier entrance), the three gang attacks all within a mile, and, well...beating people up.

Arm Wrestling is weird.

 

Darts...I dunno,it seems like it shakes excessively...like your character has palsy or something. But, you should definitely try out the other activities...even if you only do them once.

They are both okay. But like @beat_savy_9 said, there's a lot of shaking in the controller which can actually mess up your analog stick.

Save your conrtoller and don't even try arm wrestling.

Darts is fun (if you know what you're doing).

If you press a button (I think R2) at the right moment you can stop the shaking for a split second for better aiming.

 

But arm wresting is just stupid imo, real waste. Another sport/activity would have been more fun, like perhaps pool.
