Bobcat, Bison, and Saddler can tow boat lifts and occasionally spawn with them attached.

(Also the Bobcat and Sandking XL can store bikes, motorcycles, and the jetski in the pickup bay with a little planning.)

You can also hitch trailers to 18 wheelers. Some have a red bar on it and is locked in place. Paleto Bay Cluckin Bell factory or the docks sometimes have trailers you can pin.
