You ever wonder if Kim Jong-il plays GTA5? He is a young, rich, powerful man in his country. He is western educated. He likes western toys and sports. It is concievable that he could be that guy in the tank that just griefed you for an hour lol.

he probably has allowed a handful of people internet access and ps3s just to play against them

Don't know about you but I play with people from all over the world so it's not restricted to the nation your playing in
