Trophies, leader boards and obtaining all of the end game material things. We are always looking for the best talent to fill certain roles within the crew structure. PGC137 Posted December 4, 2013 Author Share Posted December 4, 2013 We don't have unreasonable requirements. Promotions and status within the crew is based purely on performance. Money cars and all the material things are the end result of working coherently as a crew not the reason you advance in the crew. In a crime simulation game it seems counter productive to have arbitrary rules dictating playing styles. We have only the rules needed to function as a crew and to trust each other enough to do the jobs and hiests without having to worry about getting f'ked over.
