After chugging my green juice I head out on my Ruffian riding the streets like a skatepark. I enjoy long rides to the buzzard and reading all the signs then calling any advertised phone numbers to see what they don't offer.

 

Then I kill people and once that gets old I play some missions before finishing off with another refreshing green juice and a change of clothes.

I usually start doing head level fly by's at top speed in my buzzard. or spectating police chases from the air pretending to be an over zealous news chopper. Occasionally aiding the wanted criminal by eliminating some flying pigs.

Hah, I'm glad I'm not the only "News Copter 5" out there.

griefing other NPCs

This is the worst misuse of this word I've ever seen. It doesn't fit either of the requirements for griefing.

 

1) Intent to cause another player distress? No.

 

2) Using a game mechanic in an unintended way? No.

 

If you want to harass NPCs, okay. But the way you described it doesn't make any sense at all.
