What is your player K/D Ratio in GTA ONLINE?

id love to log in to my rockstar social but i would probably be banned i hear thats how theyre catching people

 

i have a 3.5 ish

 

around 3000/800

 

something like that. keep in mind, a lot of my deaths came when I used to play the mission where everyone battled for the one briefcase.

IHMO it would be best to state along with a K/D of how many Total Kills you have and also to express if you use a Tank to do this. Actually if you use a Tank at all you should be in an entirely different thread and discussion as I'm sure nearly all of us know how easy it is to get kills with a tank.

 

My stats are tank clean:

I've unlocked 400 Kills with the MG, 200 Kills with the Assault Rifle and 200 Kills with the Heavy Sniper from Ammunition as well.

sounds about right I'm 3700 and 2500 something like that. for 1.59 I did tank troll alittle bit though so really about 1.5

I love online so much that I've worked up 0 kills and 1 death . Steady rockin my level 3 . Too many people that squat to piss play online , just like the little girls they try to immulate . I've played online all of 30 minutes since the game dropped and that'll be about all that I will play .

I came across a guy with around 8kdr the other night. He was destroying people in a tank. I managed to snipe him out of the tank twice but later on he killed me with his tank while i was driving. This time i decided to get my own tank and sneak up on him with off the radar. I caught him off guard and started laying into him but he instantly exits the tank in passive mode and ran to a bridge glitch blowing my tank up.

 

Playing like that doesnt take any skill and you can easily get over 10kdr. So basically kdr means nothing in this game.

if you REALLY care or someone is bragging about their kdr, you can check their vehicle kills + time in planes + choppers, if both are pitifully low but vehicle kills are really high you can be certain its a tank.

So basically well above average for a legit cs player, not hiding behind 10 tons of steel and controlling a 360° turret with unlimited ammo... Yep, i said it.

its not just tank kills that drive your kdr up though. This game is incredibly unbalanced. it takes till lvl 25 or so to get your first assault rifle and even higher for a sniper rifle. At lvl 90 you get a one shot kill weapon with the heavy sniper.

 

If a lvl 100 player and a lvl 40 player are equally skilled the lvl 100 will likely win more often due to vastly superior health and firepower.

 

In cod for example a good player can hold his own without the best perks and weapons because even the worst weapons can get kills.

 

Also take into account the multiplayer in this game isn't strictly dm. Most players in free roam arn't actively killing each. Being an aggressive player i find it quite easy riding up next to an unsuspecting player killing them a few times before moving to my next target. In other games where kdr is actually meaningful the games force you into pvp situations. Fps games for example killing people is always one of the main objectives, sandbox games dont work that way.

 

 

For kdr to be truely meaningful in gta they'd have to have separate stats for deathmatch modes and freeroam.

In GTA IV Multiplayer there were leaderboards different for every game mode and in free mode there were no stas and everyone was happy

Never shoot people first unless they have a bounty and are over level 40-ish or are spawnkilling newbies. Only use tanks against tank griefers, or if someone comes after me in one.

If someone shoots or kills me first though, they're getting attacked 'till one of us leaves the session

.9 something... my k/d ratio has improved a lot as i never used to engage in pvp battles as wasnt sure but am now pretty confident if i see that white blip rushing towards me i stop and prepare to engage.. my k/d ratio was .4 or something until recently... 144/155 pretty low that!
